1. Seamstress, Sample Maker - $18-$22 hr.

Position Overview:
As a Seamstress and Sample Maker, you will be a key member of our production team, responsible for bringing our design concepts to life. Your expertise in sewing, understanding apparel construction, and proficiency with industrial sewing machines will contribute to the creation of high-quality swimwear and activewear samples.

Key Responsibilities:

Sewing and Construction:

• Execute precise sewing techniques to produce high-quality women's swimwear and activewear samples.
• Work with various fabrics and materials, ensuring attention to detail in every stitch.

Pattern Understanding:

• Interpret and follow garment patterns to create accurate and visually appealing samples.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to reality.

Efficient Production:

• Work efficiently with industrial sewing machines to meet production timelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes for enhanced efficiency.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on finished samples to ensure they meet Berry Jane's standards.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues or improvements needed.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Provide valuable input and feedback on the feasibility and practicality of designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a seamstress with a focus on women's swimwear and activewear.
• Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines and other relevant equipment.
• Clear understanding of apparel construction and the ability to interpret garment patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

2. Part-Time (On-Call) Model for Swim, Activewear, eCommerce - $20/hr

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and photography team for eCommerce photos and fit sessions.
- Provide valuable feedback on garment fit, comfort, and functionality.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on an on-call basis.
- Experience as a fit model preferred.
Appx. Size(s) Needed:

• Small (Bust 34-Waist 26-Hip 36)
• XLarge (Bust 41-Waist 34-Hip 44)
• Height: 5'6-5'10

3. Part-Time Administrative Assistant, eCommerce Customer Service - $14/hr.

At Berry Jane, we are committed to reshaping the fashion industry through sustainability, fair labor practices, and made-in-USA craftsmanship. Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant for eCommerce at Berry Jane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation for customer service requests. You will be responsible for handling back-end administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering emails, occasional phone calls, and chat requests, as well as managing returns and refunds through the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and chat requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support.

Order Management

• Process and manage orders through the Shopify platform.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and address any issues related to order processing.

Processing Returns and Refunds

• Handle the processing of returns and refunds efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with customers regarding return status and issue resolution.

Inventory Management

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records on the eCommerce platform.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to address any discrepancies or issues.

Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative tasks to support the eCommerce team.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency in using Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
